02 — PRODUCTS & STORE INFORMATION

We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, images, availability, and pricing as accurately as reasonably possible. Screen settings, photography, manufacturing variations, and product updates may cause minor differences in appearance. Information may be corrected or updated when an error is identified.

03 — ORDERS & PURCHASE ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order represents a request to purchase the selected products. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for inventory issues, obvious pricing errors, payment authorization problems, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or inaccurate order information. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

04 — PRICES, PAYMENT & CHECKOUT

Product prices and available payment methods are shown on the website and during checkout. A standard shipping fee of $6.99 USD per order applies unless a different shipping offer or promotion is displayed during checkout. Applicable taxes, customs duties, or other charges may also apply depending on the destination and how they are handled at checkout or by local authorities.

Requests to change shipping information or cancel an order should be sent within 12 hours of placing the order. Once fulfillment has begun or an order has shipped, a change or cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return procedure may apply instead.
